Three years ago, August 13, 2013 we bought this place we're at now. This is our first home. As you can understand, where we're coming from. Your first home, imagine all the excitement rushes through your veins makes it difficult to think of what is the next step to take. We paid cash on this property in the amount of 97,000. Our real estate told us the 50 square feet roof won't need permit. We agree to take care of it. After that, escrow closed within 5 days. When we moved in the following day, we did not waste any time standing around making plan. With all the excitements we could not resist, we started with the roof, the roof turned out to be the whole one side roof need to replace. We went from roof, to installed new floors, remodel the kitchen, new paint from the exterior and interior did some touch on the front side of the house and back. We started our project since August 14 2013, in March 2014, our home insurance inspector from Fidelity came to inspect the property, then told us they going to cancel our insurance until we finished with the roof etc. We never get any cancellation notice, but on June 20, 2014, Just as we finally finished with all our hard labor making our home comfortable , and ready to reopen our home insurance policy, guest what! the mystery fire just happened to mysteriously broke out destroyed everything thing we work hard for, stuck with no insurance, did not quite understand any of these, I know we file for negligent. But after doing all my research to satisfy my curiosities from studying the scene of they way they left us, all I can say the air stinks. There are more to this than meets the eye. Hints , are we that really recklace or retard the our houses kept caught on fire one after another. I will post when we get our court date for the trial. Victorville, wake up! I only lived here for three years, and what I know and understand does not take a scientist to figure it . All I can say is open your and do not be blinded by any influence that could stop you from having a second thought. I have a great respect towards all fire for their sacrifices . I honored them and I always think highly of them. As a matter fact we have a friend, best friend, my boyfriend child body he is another hero I loved him him dearly for all his sacrifice. But, what I witness from these guys , nothing but but corrupted mind. Honestly, they'RE not that smart either. I'm not trying to talked down on them for what they did, I said what I said, by walking through their work is not a job done by smart people. Enough for now till later.
