I wrote myself into Dating Site Victoria Hearts on 13th of May 2017. I am 46, looking good, divorced for one year, have two children. I was lonely so I tried this dating site. From the beginning I received a lot of mails and chat messages from ladies all over Ukraine and Russia. You get a few credits for free and afterwards if you want to continu the chatting, you have to upload money. It goes in packages: 125 credits for 45 US $ - 250 credits for 70 US $ - 750 credits for 150 US $.
So every move you make costs credits: 2 credits for a small chat message (even for only a letter or smiley); 10 credits to send a photo to one lady; 30 credits for sending a mail to a lady. View a photo from a lady costs 10 credits, view a video from a lady costs 25 credits (and when added in mail even 50 credits). So just by watching some photos and videos your credits disappear like snow in the sunlight. You soon realize, in order to keep contact with some ladies - you want to get to know them better - You upload more and more credits. The system is so well designed that soon you are hooked - being alone can be hard and talk or chat to a lady while your children are sleeping is good for the heart.
You get the first 20 credits for free. Then you can upload credits with your credit card: a very small amount for another 20 or 50 credits. And then the game is on: as soon as credits are low and they know your card number - money goes of your account without even noticing it. It has become part of 'automatic money withdrawel'. So how do you get to know a lady, there are two choices: you can get her private contact information for 1000 credits or you can get into a meeting for one hour with the lady and that costs 625 credits. This credit amount is for each lady individually. So you keep on writing to some ladies and after spending lots of credits and uploading lots of money you get 3 or 4 personal contacts. Then you try to phone and mail them: wrong e-mail address somewhere maybe in India connected with viruses, phone numbers that are never answered. And one lady does not approve to give you her personal contact details but keeps on writing with you: another 1400 credits down the drain. It is all part of the game for them. So you keep on chatting on this Victoria Hearts Site because that is the only way to keep in contact with these 'ladies'. And after 3 months the counter is high, more then 20 uploads and 3025 US $ spend on Victoria Hearts Site. I went to Kiev and to Kharkiv by airplane for 10 days: no meetings, no agencies exist, no addresses, no answers to the questions I had.
So back in Belgium I make new contacts and try to get answers from older contacts. Some of my contacts were far over 1000 credits - up to 1500 credits. So the owner of the Victoria Hearts Site changed at that time the rules again: in order to get personal contact information from a lady I had to spend 5000 credits on each lady seperate. So figure it out: if you pay 150 US $ for 750 credits, you have to spend 1000 US $ to get the private contact details from one single lady. So I start to ask questions to the Ceo from the site and their support department. No problem sir, you can also book a real meeting, only 625 credits. So I try this and guess what: the credits already spend on a lady are not valid anymore. For a meeting please upload 625 credits again and keep on handing over your money. So I asked for detailed information from the support department, wrote nice letters with information to the Ceo. And what happened: they deleted my profile page. So all chat messages, all mails, all contacts: just disappeared into thin air. Result: 3025 US $ Spend + 107 US $ ... just waisted. The 107 US $ last upload was 'a gift' from the ceo that told 'I will help you' in a nice mail I still have. So first they make an increase of 1.44% from the price and then they give reduction of 50%. Cheating, Cheating and Cheating again. It was good I have all detailed information, prices, credits, contacts information. But I can assure you: never go onto this site. It costs so much money, the owners are criminal offenders that make and change their rules as they want and the result is no contact information, 'empty' bank account (so to speak) and a broken heart. So ask yourself: is it worth to try this site?

You do not know how your short review on Victoria Hearts has saved lots of dumb people like me from a long journey to nowhere. I spent $300, and I was going to spend more that I saw your article luckily. I withdrew immediately and closed my account. For your information, I caught the last woman with some simple questions. She was obviously trying to make me buy more credits.
I appreciate you for this eye-opening review, and yes! They are thieves and criminals. Shame on USA government letting them operate on our soil and hunting down innocent people like you and me.
Went on this site thinking it was a classy site for finding a foreign girl who was serious about marriage. From the start it was a bit dogey. It charges a lot of money to chat at 2 credits per minute and the messages from the lady are always delayed so you really end up spending 2 credits per message. Probably some filtering going on at the other end might explain the delay. The ladies on the site are very sweet but it is hard to say if they are being paid to be or genuinely that way. Unlike most dating sites all the photos are exquisite and there isn't a single bad one so it's most likely they are using a professional photographer and a studio.
There is a very wide age range and some ladies have specified they have children so I expect there is some truth behind them and they are not all fake. However within minutes of registering you are bombarded with messages regardless of how bad your photo looks. It makes me think that they are getting some sort of commision depending on how much chat time you spend with them.
None of the girls will talk to you outside the site and they filter any and all website links, the word 'SKYPE', googlehangouts, email, etc.... You have to spend 1000 credits (about $250) before they allow you to get her contact details. If you offer to come to meet any of them they will always get you to stay in a hotel and ask for a translator (probably one from the company). I have never actually gone so can't comment on the actual experience.
This site definitely has something fishy about it but I am not 100% certain that it is completely fake it just looks that way. Mixing love and money is always a dangerous thing.
There is also some fraud going on as even though they advertise paypal it doesn't actually work so you have to register your card with them. Then they register you on some their sister sites like their chinese equivalent https://romancetale.com. I expect a similar scam going on here and the site format is exactly the same as the original.
I thought it was real. They will do all things to get your trust. But no one will chat or contact outside the website. They tend to chat & spend more and more . Finally u'll become a beggar. At the end u'll get to know no contact works, no people u really meet, no love, no marriage. Only be cheated and become poor. Something should be done again this cruel one.
This site is definitely setup to rip you off.
First of all, when you create an account, with no photo, no description, with hardly any information about yourself you're immediately confronted with messages from ladies saying they want to get to know you. Hmmm, how would they know that if there is no info on you? So that is a red flag for sure.
I then purchased 20 credits just to see how it worked and upon talking to someone on the site, you're charged 2 credits and then 2 credits per minute you chate with the person. If you leave the chat and return later to chat again it take another 2 credits. I found once I added a photo and information about me and once I purchased the 20 credits my message inbox was inundated with women trying to contact me. 100's of message actually and they're still coming in at about 5 per second. It's like they smell the money the second you sign up. All they have to do is get you to reply and 2 credits are gone. They're good at baiting the hook too so watch out. But my question is, how would you be able to get to know someone when you can't really talk more than a few min's at a time before having to spend another 20 bux for credits? You can't. I even asked one of the girls if they were really interested would they like to talk outside of the website, on Facebook, which is safe and would give us a chance to really talk, but they quickly respond, that is against the website policy. They all seem to be weel versed in the website policies, which makes me think they're just employee's not real people who are really interested in you.
I was also offered a bonus 20 credits that when clicked said it gave me the credits but it did not. I contacted customer service and they worked around the question and never really gave me a reason why the bonus credits didn't show up. I never got the bonus credits and they only credited me 6 free credits and said they'd give me 10 more if I bought a plan with them.
The site is setup to milk people for their money and it will do so quickly if you're not careful. But the site is definitely not setup to connect you with anyone and even if you happen to connect with someone they mostly live in Europe so how is that going to work exactly?
This site is a total scam and unrealistic. And yes you'd have to be rich to use the service and most likely would need to be rich to land any of the ladies on the site if they're even real people to begin with...
one thing we must all remember that most of the ladies on Victoria hearts are scam but not all of them there are honest one as well but almost all of them have a man this the way Ukraine men are 2 or 3 women on the side the best way to check a women to whome you been chatted for some time and you think she is serious create 2 more profile on the site using different browser same browser will let you do that put different photos but same age and same country if the women you been chating visit your other profile and chat with you ask her are you chating to other man and are you intrested in him if she tell you the truth she is honest or else keep away from he.
After I read some of the reviews above, I went onto VictoriaHearts.com. I am a member and have been for about a month. I chatted with a lady who I had been chatting with for a while and I told her I was unhappy because I just learned the site is a scam, and that I was not going to spend $400 Cdn to get her contact info. At that point she said that she would not give it out because she had two children and was protecting them. I did a quick re-look at her profile onsite, and just as I recalled, the profile said that she had NO children. I called her out on that. All of a sudden she said that I was speaking to the interpreter and that she was just trying to protect the lady. Then I said, who the fck am I talking to here, the translator or Juliya. The she says that it is Juliya and that she has no kids. After that I could not get a straight answer from who ever it was on the other end. Their story kept changing and it became obvious that they were trying to change the topic and just plain cause confusion. This just happened today November 29th, 2017.
On the off-chance that she was real and was as interested as she said, I gave the woman, supposedly Juliya, my email address in cryptic form so that the filters would not block it, and told her that if she is real, then contact me directly. She said that she can speak English, so it will be interesting to see if she actually contacts me. I doubt that she will but if she does then I will come back to this site and update my post.
Many of these sites are the same. After spending $2500 communicating with women I had finally spent enough time I wanted to go to the Ukraine and meet the woman of my dreams. But when I got there it just happened to be time for here and her family to go on their annual vacation. But she had enough time to meet with me once for an $80 translation fee. The translator was a young mother who knew English. She admitted the woman had never actually written me. That the translator gets $.80 per letter. She claimed she called the girl and told her what I said. The girl gave her a response and she embellished it and turned it into a letter. If I am a Christian she might include a Bible verse. etc So here I was stuck in Odessa but no fear the dating service had plenty of other women I could meet. All I had to pay was their 60-80 translator fee, take the girl to dinner and give her taxi fare (up to $120) One translator met me at McDonalds so I knew at least the mean would not be expensive. She immediately took me to another restaurant where dinner was $500. I went to a bar and there were a whole group of Scandinavian men staring in shock. They had been thru the same thing. One man refused to pay the $500 for dinner (like me that was all he had brought for a whole week of dinners) and they called the police on him and he spent the night in jail. I have been to Russia/Ukraine/Belarus probably 15 times. The people actually brag about how good they are at lying. They brag about how good their Mafia are, how they can steal and the victims never even know it. It's a very upside down world. I am happy to report I work with Christians in the Ukraine. I designed a "pole barn" church and they have made 26 "copies" of it so far so the poor all over the Ukraine are being helped and Christianity is spreading. They even have some mega-churches now, like in the USA and S Korea. We held a conference for the pastors. WE had some mixer games to help them get to know eachother but even in the games, even with pastors-they often cheated.

And i was shocked and could not respond to all of them.
Some time later i realized that seems to good to be true...
In order to write to these ladies, the men have to buy credits that are expensive...
There are a few free credits at the beginning but get used up fast.
Strange how 1200 ladies like me and i have to pay the website money for credits to contact

What was going on between us and i bought her flowers to get her email address and we wrote each other there
On our own personal email address's a few times and then she would not write me there any more even after

There was an artical i found about how someone from a website put a dummy profile on victoria website with no picture
And no introduction message and they were getting interest from female profiles on the site...
They figured that the victoria site is using something like textingbots behind pictures of women to get men to buy
Credits and write them...
