I have started my business in 2014 as IT startup company in UK
in 6/2015 I have hired sales manager Harry Sandhar.
The job was to generated leads/deals and bring new business.
The AM started sending me weekly reports with data which were looking very much optimistic indeed for startup company.
Me as a director of company I have reviewed his contract after 2 months and adviced that I do not accept his "fake" data and I want my sales AM to share contact on delas/leads with director of company.
However he didn shere it with me instead he started saying his life would end if I dont give him another chance.
What I did I gave him another chance and I employed him again (for another 4 months) which was my complete mistake.
He provided anothe 13 leads to me which he was saying were very close to order and all of them big names on market.
By the time he removed his linked in profile and didnt use company email and phone and instead used his personal email.
After 4 months me paying him 600 GBP a week he summarized 13 deals and dindnt provide any contact on relevant people althought he was asked to do so repeatedly.
I had to endup his contract. He approached his friend to create PO to my company but it has never been paid even though PO was signed and they promised to pay.
I have realized after 6 months that this is SCAM and I would like to everybody to be aware of this as It costed me 12k GBP and I havent received a single money from anybody.
Please stay away from these ppl and please fight against this SCAM which is wasting time, energy and money and these people deserve to be banned from business.
