She understood the need for my daughter to have a safe horse to take jumping lessons on. When my duaghter rode the horse at her home the horse was laid back and easy going . Two weeks after bringing the horse home, he became aggressive and did not want to cooperate. She told her that if he didn't work out to bring him back. However that was also denied when asked to do so. She was very rude and was in a hurry for us to get the horse and leave. Sould have been a red flag then.
I am an experienced rider who bought a horse from Vicky Miller. I was very honest about my skill level. I was given verbal assurances about the horse and his history which in my opinion proved to be misleading. She repeatedly verbalized the horse to us as safe and quiet. When I rode him at her location and the time she set, he was lazy and very quiet. Weeks later, upon evaluation by my trainer he was determined to be very green and forward . The documents I received revealed the horses's registered name which was not the name used in the ad. Upon research with his registered name we discovered he was a recent Ottb. She verbally agreed to replace the horse if we weren't a good fit. When she was asked to replace the horse, she stated that all her horses are Ottb and probably would not work for me. So beware of her "kid and wife safe" ads found on DreamHorse website and Vickymiller815 on You Tube. In my opinion this woman and her partner, Adam Gray, market recent Ottb's as safe for inexperienced riders and the horse I bought is not. Be very careful dealing with this pair. Get the horses registered name and do your own research.
