On 25 Sep 23 I ordered a bra from Vickingdeals.com. Website instructions were to enter my normal size and their chart would make the adjustment to their sizing method. Per their chart a 44C is a 3XL. I paid for the bra ($34.98 with shipping). I did not recieve it until 12 Oct 23.
I tried it on immediately. It is labeled 3XL but it is so small I cannot get the front hooks within 4" of touching, let alone fastened. This is not a matter of a snug fit, the bra is NOWHERE near the right size.
I immediately emailed the vendor and told them the situation, asking for an address to return the bra so I could get a refund. They told me that since their records showed they had sent the size I ordered, they would not refund my money. I explained to them that it was obviously a manufcturing problem, as the bra was clearly labeled incorrectly.
The vendor's response was if I sent them another $15 dollars they would let me choose another size. They also complained that would mean they would have to absorb the cost of another item. To add further hubris, the vendor told me if I declined to pay another $15 for another bra they would not assist me further, so I should "carefully consider my decision".
I declined their offer, as I doubt anything they send would be satisfactory and they clearly are not going to make it right. They got my money and could not care less about me as a customer.
