This lowly thief sweet talks his victims who are usually hoping to get a job or Education in Europe or America. He would pose as an immigration lawyer, with high contacts in both India and abroad. This is how he works :
He calls the victim to a fancy and expensive hotel in the city.
Promising to get them a job abroad in a month, he manipulates them and tells how he helped many people get jobs. He would then demand 1 lakh rupees to start the procedure.
After you deposit this money, this psychopath will not even pick up your phone or answer your mails. If you complain to poilce, this criminal has top level contacts in Katmandu as well as Indian Police.
Presently he is posing as a Director in Law firm. There is no mention of him on their website. There are many Government and non existent organizations he is pretending to be Founder and Member. have taken a pictute in case he deletes it. See here
