Vibrant Skin Reviews
I saw the product advertised on MSN.com and it sounded good. Went to the their page to order samples that appeared to only cost shipping. I guess I did not read enough or far enough, not real sure it even said this "if you do not cancel in 11 days your account/card will be charged the full price. After receiving samples, I was billed twice at approx $90 each for two 1/2 ounce samples. I was able to recoup 35% and cancel the order. Very costly mistake with company that makes it's money by "slight of hands" selling.
I received an email to try a sample of a new skin care product called Auralux Snake Venom and Peptide cream for only $4.95 for S&H. I clicked onto the site and ordered the products on a pop-up window that only had credit card info boxes - no website. This pop-up window didn't have an associated webite. It just took my cc info and advised that the product would be shipped by the next business day. The jars arrived and 2 weeks later my cc got hit for 2 charges for a total of $190.00. When I called them, they claimed that I had joined a membership program that I had not ever heard of before. And the terms of said membership were that if I didn't like the product I had 14 days to cancel. The person on the phone was very rude while telling me that the terms and conditions were clearly spelled out on the order page (which I subsequently found hidden in another link). They sent me the cream again in 20 days and charged my cc again. I have returned all 4 jars and requested a refund. I have not received anything yet. I have also notified the Better Business Bureau which gives them an "F" rating. I have disputed the charges with my cc company. This company has deceptive business practices and should not be allowed to continue to fleece people.
Brought trail size vibrant skin on line it never said. Any thing about a monlthy fee they took out $88.36 out of my account. They.are a rip off.
I ordered a free trial from the vibrant skin cell cream free trial web site, paying only shipping, as stated on the web site. Now my credit card has been charged for 4 additional products that I never ordered in the amounts of $90.00 each. When this debit appeared on my online banking, I immediately called to cancel, requesting refunds. I was spoke to in no regards of the topic, but onlyattempting to make oanother sale. The salespeople then ended the call quickly. This is theft. I can't afford this. I need full refunds.
I ordered 2 jars of vibrant Skin products trial sizes for shipping cost only. My credit card was charged on 9/21/15 a total of 182.45 without my authorizing it. This is a total ripoff!

I've heard very promising reports on the use of stem cell therapy. I decided to try a 14 day trial offer of Vibtant Skin Stem CellActiv. The cream was ok as far as creams go but definately not worth the $97.15 they want to charge your credit card account for subsequent tiny jars. I cancelled further deliveries within the allotted 14 day time frame. The helpful and polite customer service personnel have assured me 3 times there will NOT be further deliveries or charges however, I now have 3 unopened jars and my credit card has been charged $291.45. I will now dispute these 3 charges and any further charges and deliveries with my credit card company. There is no way to prove what I am saying. I can only hope that my credit card company will stand up for me and put an end to this scam.
