VibeShop gave me the worst online shopping experience ever!I sent an email 4pm PST 10/17/16 because as promised via telephone conversation from "Joe"; I hadn't received my order of the Juli Ashton Pearl Silicone Sleeve & pink Pocket Rocket set that Vibe Shop took and charged $ 53.35 from my debit card. I received a package around 6pm Monday 10/17/2016, after numerous unanswered calls and emails from myself beginning a day or so after I placed my order online 10/08/2016 The only communication I have had with this company over a 9 day period, is a single phone call 10/14/2016 from a male named Joe calling from phone number (714) 659-5488. What was shipped to me 10/17 is NOT what I ordered at ALL. I received an EXTREMELY tiny finger teaser not for use with a pocket that doesn't even cover the pocket rocket in the package that was sent to me. When in fact I should have received a JULI ASHTON brand CLEAR PEARL SILICONE SLEEVE to accompany a PINK POCKET ROCKET as advertised on "VIBESHOP.COM". I not only didn't receive what I ordered and what's falsely advertised on " VibeShop.Com" ,"APS" ,"Phoenician Secret Inc" or whichever other alias this company is operating under. I was told from a "Joe" that my items were coming from New Jersey and that's why I couldn't recieve tracking or shipping information. That was completely fabricated.

The package I received today clearly shows and stated it was sent from SAN FERNANDO , CALIFORNIA . This is how they conduct business. By falsely advertising products you they no intentions on sending to consumers while taking their money. My order & transaction number isn't on this paper invoice that was sent. The sku's to the products that were sent do not match my original confirmation order receipt, nor the sku's on The Vibe shop website. This proves that I didn't receive the items I ordered and that they're ok with sending anything or nothing at all as long as they get your money. I am100% completely dissatisfied with the customer service ,scheming and bamboozling I've experienced with the"VibeShop , APS, Phoenician Secret Inc etc other alias" this company runs under. I intend to FULLY recieve a refund for my $53.35 that was charged through false advertisement from this company. I will be reporting "TheVibeShop" company and said alias "APS ,Phoenician Secret INC etc" to the BBB also known as the Better Business Bureau, as well as filing a fraudulent operating business claim with my banking establishment in which they will initiate a full operational investigation . I also will be filing a report with the proper authorities within jurisdiction of the State of California. I do not take being lied to ,nor stolen from lightly and will maximize every right I have as a consumer. Do NOT buy from this company!

I made an order on the 15th of april at vibeshop.com and recieved an email stating it would take 1-3 business days to process then I would receive and email with a tracking information once it has been shipped. Later that day I recieve another email stating the payment has been processed and it should be shipped in 1-2 business days but very few take longer. on May 4th I receive an email stating the package has been shipped, but there is no tracking number and the link to track the package was broken. I waited two weeks and when the package had not arrived I contacted the company by phone and they told me they would investigage and call me back in 2 days. It will be another 2 weeks before I am able to contact them agan, but in the mean time the live chat email on the site didn't work, sending an email to [email protected] didn't work, and my voice mails weren't returned. I finally got someone to answer by phone two weeks after I called the first time and they told me the product should have arrived weeks ago and they would look into it. I call back later that day and they told me the shipping company had no record of having received any package from them at all. They explained that their label may have fallen off and they would reship the package with tracking information in two days. Two weeks later on June 14, 2016, two months after having purchased the product, it had yet to arrive and I just want a refund. I have called three times today and all calls have been dropped. I can't leave a message because the call always drops.
