I leased my Starbucks equipment which they later were asked by the city to remove because of conflicts of interest with the existing cafe at Mariner's Pointe in Newport Beach. As soon as I was aware of this I asked them to return my machine which they in turn claimed to leave in the back of their location. When I went to pick it up it was not there! I asked Ali about it and he claimed he did not know what happened to it. I asked around and workers at the cafe said they personally saw Ali and Ariana loading it into their SUV late in the evening. Ali and Ariana Shah STOLE my $3000 machine and are now refusing to pay for it!!!

Ali and Ariana Shah are con artists getting evicted from their second location for failure to pay rent. I wanted to post the arbitration agreement before it is sealed as they will likely try this gain on another unsupecting landlord.
I was conned by Ali Shah who got me for thousands of dollars for yoga training to become a full-time employee working as a head yoga instructor at his studio. After I completed the training Ali lied and cheated me out of his false promises.
I found out that he has hundreds of thousands of dollars of judgments against him and he was evicted from Huntington Beach Main Street location for not paying rent and is he being evicted from Newport Beach location. When I questioned him about it he responded by firing me!!!!
How was I not going to question the fact that he was going to be evicted, oh and declaring bankruptcy... after I paid him thousands for the yoga training and being promised a full time job after doing so!?? What a thief!! Also he’s scammed too many people and he has 12 judgments against him currently.
He’s missed lead innocent people through his scams as court papers show. He’s now in bankruptcy with vibes and has personal bankruptcy recently also. He steals and deceives for a living and I feel I need to let people know anyway I can so that he stops stealing peoples money!!
DO NOT be fooled by Fake 5 star reviews on yelp which he buys and gets from friends... or his fake IG followers which he buys!! STAY AWAY FROM VIBES HOT YOGA, ALI AND ARIANA!!!
Pretty bummed out. I just bought a class pack only to find out they got evicted from their Huntington Beach location and are getting evicted from Newport Beach next month. I didn't believe it at first but then I checked the occourts website and saw it was true.
Looks like the owner and her husband have a history of starting companies, not paying their bills, and then bankrupting them. I find it very deceptive that the front desk lady sold me a package she knew I would not be able to use.
Were you or anyone you came in contact with able to come up with any proof that they were selling bulk packages after they knew they were being evicted? I'm in the same boat and would like to do something about it but without proof it's pointless to try. I think I've learned my lesson with these small gyms and yoga studios.
