I ordered a product from this sit on 10/03/2019. My bank account was charged immediately for $45.98 and I received an email my order was received. I was advised I would receive an email when my product was shipped.
On 10/08/2019 I inquired as to a shipping date. No reply. On 10/31/2019 I made an inquiry on their web site as to shipping date or refund of monies spent. I relayed my doubt that this was a legimate business site and it was time to make a complaint against them so the public would know not to deal with them.
I have had a real 'Hitachi Magic Wand' personal massager before and they sell quality products. Wand Envy advertised the 'Hitachi Magic Wand' and I purchased it. It was supposed to have 20 speeds and had only 2... very low and very, very low. It was so cheaply made the cap of it came off right away and I just stuck it back on. This company is selling counterfeit products and I have seen so many reported scams. I have also reported them to the BBB in Astroia, NY where the company is listed. I have emailed 2-3 times requesting my money back with no replies.
Yes they have to flat out scammers, they list the Cyclone penis pump by Tyco as stilll for sale and claim to have 3 of them is stock. I know that’s bullshit because Tyco themselves told me they quit making that item for whatever reason many years ago, All other sites have said out of stock for years now
I ordered a product from this site and nothing ever arrived. I contacted the seller several times and received no answer. I believe they stole my money with no intention of sending the product I ordered. I will not let this go without trying all legal methods to get my refund.

Sure enough, i checked the website again and noticed there’s no contact information. Then i tried to chat with a live person but received no response. This site is definitely fraudulent!

It took a month to get my wand. When i did get it, it doesnt work. I have sent company several emails with no response. This company is a scam. Google sent me a email tonight telling me they can not push my emails through to the email sent. Which is their returns email. They took 45 bucks from me and sent me worthless plastic. Dont waste your money. Karma will get these assholes
