Customer since 2009. Opened ticket for inability to make some outgoing calls. Billing opened a ticket afterwards stating they will charge me $50 for broken box they replaced three years prior during another troubleshooting ticket. I'm paid with them through 2020 but will walk away from this service. The service isn't worth the sleazy practices.
