Offered "free" trial. Just pay shipping. I ordered face cream and then offered another free trial of eye serum. No contact info included with shipment in order to either reorder or cancel. They charge you full price for the "free" trial 10 days after you order. So they're not actually sending you a trial size but a full size product which costs $200+ . No where in the free trial sign up is this info disclosed. Then it becomes an automatic shipment once a month.
In second shipment still no contact info or account number. I had to call number on my credit card statement. On Top of that it gets billed to different companies each month so if you are not diligent in your statements and do a lot of online ordering it could be several months before you would catch it. I googled via beauty again online and that actual product came up under juliette beauty and another one visage pure.
I suspect probably multiple different names to keep themselves under the radar. I called today to cancel and received a rma return # which I supposed means now I'm screwed to ship it back but I was promised a credit once product is received back. The initial charge I will take up with the credit card company as a scam.
I clicked on an ad that mentioned "as seen on Dr. Oz, amazing $4.95 wrinkle cream." It was supposed to be a "free trial," and I paid a little over $11 for the face and eye serum. It came in a bubble mailer with no invoice, no instructions, no return label. No mention of the "subscription" and charges that would show up on my credit card, totaling over $202--2 weeks later.
When I called the rep just kept repeating that the charges are for items I "ordered" and I would have to return them, pay the shipping myself, and then my account would be credited. I'm trying to dispute the charges with CitiBank but can't even log on to my account or get through to their customer service because of high call volume. I just found out from a close friend that the usual postal worker in one of our Bucks County post offices was replaced because she tested positive for COVID19. I certainly don't want to go to the post office if I don't have to!!! I'm 67 and in that supposed "at risk" group. But if I don't return it looks like I'm out of $213.65.
At this point I don't care if their products work miracles, I did not open the containers but even if they do I can't afford it!!!!!!!!!!! I checked the advertising again and went through the motions as if I was placing an order and there was NO MENTION of a 14 day trial period, which is what the representative mentioned, or "subscription" or that my account would be charged $202.33 for those 2 items.
THIS COMPANY IS RUN BY SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER!!!!!!!!!!
Listen you are asking the same things over again. I tried Via Beauty eye serum and it burned my eyes. I received another order today that I did not order. How can I send it back and have my bank account credited for what they charged for an unordered product.
