This company has terrible customer service. I placed an order March 19, 2018 and never received it. I emailed the company for a status update and never got a reponse. Two months went by, I reached out to the company again and let them know that I would like a status update and that I was trying to avoid legal action. THEY RESPONDED ALMOST IMMIDIATELY saying "You've been refunded." ..........THANKS, however I ASKED FOR A STATUS UPDATE, not a refund.
Why did it take two months for me to get a response? And why did I ONLY get a response when I mentioned legal action? My friend had a similar circumstance where he informed the company that he was trying to avoid legal action, the company replied with their apologies, and a status update, letting him know he'd get his products in 3-5 days. I got neither. Terrible customer service, will never purchase anything from this company again, and I suggest you save yourself the trouble as well. Some of the worst customer service I have received in my life.
