Dear consumers and citizens, We’ve worked in the USA for several decades with some of the most reputable companies both in the private and public sectors. As the trends and patterns of BlockChain technology these days go; we have realized the quantity of profiteers and scammers has increased to unbelievable numbers. PR & Marketing firms like Verma Media are ran by unprofessional personnel with no university degrees of reputable institutions all over the country while promoting services that do not quantify nor monetize on any sort of conversions to actual clients for B-to-C models. They claim and go around writing articles and posting on social media outlets about the greatness of certain ICOs; and other BlockChain based systems without realizing that their work actual causes influence in the market to all consumers.
A while back in January 2018 we made an agreement with their founder AJ Agrawal, an UnAMERICAN fellow who flies around in first class airlines all over the USA, pretends to be patriotic and other countries selling the services of his company which is intertwined with several verticals that seem to be used to cause the hype effect among the crypto buyers.
And they play both side of the coins - of the 60% failed scams from 2017 - they’ve represented a great amount of those and take zero accountability not responsibility to the amount of money lost by consumers or crypto buyers on the expectancy to actually have an investment validated. Instead these so called PR Media companies create a fake market without really learning or vetting out their clients. This is illegal and it should be reviewed by the local authorities.
If these so called PR Media like Verma offer these services then they should understand the process to representing false statements and producing information that can mislead consumers around the USA and other countries. We are one of the most reputable companies with an existing track record and when we started discussing our mission and vision; Verma Media seemed or acted as if they had understood it but never ever really attempted to meeting with us but instead asked and requested up front payments of over 100k per month. For 3 months we paid these amounts and obtained only 5 articles written in some obscures sites, no real social media presence and unprofessional designs on what we are actually doing with our current team in the USA. Since we didn’t want to continue working with them; we were threatened that they would speak to their friends in all the verticals that compliment their services to bad mouth us ... we found this to be extremely impolite unprofessional and disgusting because they were acting as mafiosos using their tech and media platforms to bully us into spending more money ... extremely disappointed that these invididuals exist and haven’t been arrested yet. We’ve requested a refund with our lawyers, and instead never heard back from them at all.Mr. Agrawal avoided our calls and his team members avoided the conversations too. We just feel embarrassed to have spent over 300k with this company when our agreement and expectations weren’t met.
I would urge the local authorities to investigate them, audit them and make them pay for the taxes they are avoiding to pay to the States of the US ... I would urge and advise the important magazines to not post their work at all. I hope these words reach the eyes and ears of all consumers to prevent crimes and fraudulent behavior from companies like this one in our precious country. God bless, BusinessJustice
