An account holder with Verio has been trying to cancel their account for years wtih no luck. Verio continued to run her through hoops and BS so she finally cancelled her credit card to stop the charges.
Verio deciced to begin using my credit card that was not in the account holders name to continue charges. The card had been used several years ago for a one time charge and Verio deciced to illegally store the CC informaiton. Aside from this blatant credit card storage law violation, their audacity at continuing charges to this card are unbelievable.
have contacted them several times to remove the card, credit back the fraudulent charges, and stop further fraud. They patently refused so I have inititaed a full fraud investigaion with Wells Fargo and filed a negative report with the Colorado BBB - their headquarters state.
This company also has a slew of negative reviews for this type of behavior and many other atrocities against their customers. I wonder sincerely how they can remain in business.
