Verified Seats is nothing more than a call center. Using illegal practices online such as Trademark Infringement, Click Fraud and Hacking of other ticket sites, Verified Seats manipulates potential customers into calling the Call Center. They even claim to be whomever you ask. They have hacked the Ticketron site to no end as well as stole our Bing Ads and Google Ads through hidden scripts and stealing passwords to our ads accounts. All of this is being proven and e encourage anyone who deals with this company or ends up on their site or getting a call center call without ever intending to buy or search for them to contact your local authorities or call the Ticketron information center at 888-345-0872. Please notify us of how it occurred. This will help solidify even more what is going on with these illegal practices.

I clicked on the phone number to Ticketmaster and was unknowingly routed to Verified Seats and ended up paying 3x face value based on being promised premium seats. They were nowhere near premium and now they say they won't get me the tickets until a week before the event. I am pushing for a refund and I have contacted my credit card company. I will be contesting these charges if I do not get a response this week (my credit card company told me I could dispute until the charge posts). I am just sick about it! I was able to get seats through Ticketmaster online mere minutes after getting off the phone with Verified Seats and didn't realize I wasn't talking to Ticketmaster until I got the invoice emailed to me. I am beyond livid.
On 12 April 2019, I bought tickets for the sound of music via phone from Verified seats connected with the fox Theather in Detroit MI. I received my invoice in the mail along with a second letter from Box office verified which affliated with verfied seats.com saying that my tickets were etickets and they were emailed to my email address on 13 April 2019.
I check my inbox of my email and my spam box and there were no tickets in either file for me to print off. I also called fedx because on the invoice it said that they were to be delivered by Fedx. The invoice nor the letter saying that I received the tickets had the Fedx tracking number on it. I called fedx and they said they were delivered on 13 april 2019.
That could not be possible be because I had to sign for the tickets for them to deliver them. Fedx left no notice that they attempted devivery because no notice was left on my door. In addition, the residental address on my invoice was incorrect. The address that they had was 301 Weitman Ct, Rochester, MI 48307. My address is Rochester Hills, MI .
Now I cannot go to the theater because I have no tickets and the theater will not honor my invoice and I lost 195.00 for w tickets. My email [email protected] my phone number 2484629409. Any assistance you can give me will be very appreciated.
I am not sure how they are doing this, but somehow they hacked into the event site I used to buy tickets and sold me "Ticketmaster" tickets for $300.00 more than the tickets would cost at Ticketmaster. They assured me my tickets would arrive 48 hours before the event in three months and they would not send me the tickets any earlier. That was not acceptable, especially with the reviews I was seeing. I wasn't going to spend thousands more to attend an event I probably was not going to get tickets for anyway. I went to the real Ticketmaster site and purchased new REAL tickets to the event for $300 less. I disputed the charge based on timely delivery and so far so good. I recommend everyone download the Ticketmaster app to buy your tickets and don't ever do it from the event website. Criminals like this are lurking!!

After receiving my cc statement, was shocked to find out that i had been overcharged $136.31 for 2 balcony tickets, normally sold for $80 per ticket. Contacted the ticket agency only to be told that they have a right to charge above face value.. On February 15th. I ordered 4 tickets to the Miami Ballet performance at West Palm Beach. Payment was made at the time of ordering. I was informed that the tickets would be delivered to me. What was not explained was that the tickets were not to be sipped promptly and instead were to arrive barely 48 hours prior to the concert. Unfortunately, the tickets would not arrive prior to our departure from our home in Illinois to visit in Florida.
I tried calling customer service twice and after waiting 30 minutes had to give up. On my third call I spoke to a sales representative (not a customer service rep) who took my information and assured me that a supervisor/manager would call me in a matter of minutes. That was 4 hours ago and I never received a call.
I sent an email and received a email response 2 hours later that the tickets had been shipped viaFedEx and they provided a tracking #. I followed up with FedEx and was informed that even if I went to their office, I would not be able to pick up the tickets.
I have ordered tickets from other sources and never have had such a bad experience. I intend to notify the Dreyfoos Concert Hall in West Palm Beach that they are using a terrible vendor and should seriously consider finding someone else.
This complaint is being written on 2/27 and the ballet in on Friday evening 3/1. I hope that with the copy of the PAID invoice that the concert hass will accomodate me. Otherwise, Verified Seats may have cost me $ 293.00 plus the inconvience of missing an evening of entertainment with my friends.
They should be closed down! Misled thinking I was conversations with a Ticket Master representative. Refused to refund money. Why are they still operating in our country?

I am in the process of disputing this with my bank due to sold under false pretense, I do not have my tickets. This company is a fraud and a rip off . I would give them 0 stars if I was able . I purchased tickets to the Tom Joyner show in Indianapolis for my Anniversary as a gift to my husband . I was told that I would receive the tickets within 10 minutes via email , that did not happen so I continued to call until I got someone that finally emailed me the tickets . I get to venue and was able to get in , but when we got to the seats there was another couple sitting in the seats that I purchased , I went to get security who asked to see both our sets of tickets and we both had the same exact seats on our tickets , only the other couple had paper tickets and I had them in my phone as electronic tickets . This was a disaster , my husband and I had no seats , the venue said that at half of the show they could check the box office to see if any seats were available and they found 2 seats for us . I contacted VT customer service and was rudely disrespected and said that they would have a manager call , but that has not happened and I tried calling several times , with no assistance . DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY !
