Verde Development/Ryan Fair
I worked for Verde Development under a 1099. Along with a group of 2 other guys. We were employed to rehab residential housing. A man by the name ryan fair was the person who ran the work/company. We were to be paid biweekly, we did not get paid for almost a month and then when we received checks, they were no good. We were promised to be paid and have still yet to be paid for our work. Which btw was by the hour.ryan fair owes me and as far as I know almost a dozen other guys who he didn't pay thousands of dollars. And he refuses to contact or answer any of us.
