I responded to "free" offer on this site for vercella eye serum and chloe jolie moisturizer. All i had to pay was shipping and handling. There was no mention of future charges. I received the product to try. It came with no packing slip so there was no information to contact the company if need be. Checked my credit card bill and found they had charged $89.99 twice, once for each product. I contacted my credit card company and disputed these charges. I did not agree to allow this company to use my credit card for anything but the shipping and handling fees. No mention of autoship or any future charges. This is a definite scam!
I responded to an offer for free samples of two beauty products used together. I only needed to pay shipping for each item, about $10.00 altogether.
The samples arrived shortly after. Yesterday, I noticed my checking account was charged $89.99 and $89.98 for these two "free" products. I emailed the addresses on the boxes and told the company to cancel the subsequent order for products that I didn't order, nor wanted, and to return my $180 (+-) immediately.
I checked my email and checking account and no reply was received nor restoration of funds to my account. I sent another email to both addresses asking for a response and the emails were returned "undeliverable".
Now I see other reports on your site and wonder if I'm not going to be able to get a refund.
