I wouldn't work with this company because they never were able to repair my SRA hand piece and and then refused to refund the entire amount of money I paid. I shipped the hand piece out to them in mid February because the power seemed to be low. When it was returned we got a temperature sensor fault. I shipped it back, that part was replaced and when we received it back again the same temperature sensor fault appeared. I gave them another try but and the same issue happened again. Finally the company sent me a replacement hand piece that they said I could just keep for all my trouble and that failed. I told the company I could not be down any longer, over 6 weeks now, and I just wanted a refund. I took the hand piece to another repair place and it was fixed and functioning in 1 day. Now Venus Medical requested the hand piece back they gave me or I would not be credited back my money. This company was not competent to repair my system and then goes back on their word. I would stay away from them and contact me for an alternative option.
