More like Vulture Creative. Completely disgusting, money-hungry and un-ethical bullies. They have charged me close to $10k for a website with major issues such as overcharging customers on weekly basis. Not only did it upset my customers, it also vastly affected our system and created chaos in our office, as we now had to check if each customer was charged correctly. Please note, they have promised a site with automation, yet now we had to do more manual work than before.
Nabil and Michelle were perfectly aware that my business cannot function without my website and have used that against me in every way possible. They have held my business hostage while extorting for more money for what they referred to as “additional work” even though it was the most basic requirements for the site and the reason I came to them initially. (weekly billing and customer overcharges/undercharges - which directly led to my reputation and loss of business, not delivering 1 of the pages, confusing double log in are to name a few).
Lots of unreturned emails, lack of organization and project management (even though they charge a project management fee). You can only schedule calls with them through their website and they can cancel last minute. You can only make tickets on their website for issues you would like fixed, which I have been doing. Yet those were ignored as well. Expect a reply after 3 days of emailing or submitting tickets about pressing issues (and that’s if you even get a reply). Often the replies would be patting themselves on the back for my sales and growth and avoiding website issues I emailed about.
Not to mention the website was also delivered 3 months later than the due date. They have asked to purchase plug-ins, which I have, yet they haven’t followed through with installing them, resulting in more money lost. I could honestly go on, but I only have so much time. I hope this helps someone.
I do not recommend this company at all. They are very quick to provide quotes and secure your deposit but after that communication goes to zero. Several months late on the project that I had them working on, several revisions required and they charge time banks and then use the time banks to fix their mistakes because they were not paying attention to what you actually want. I was quoted 4 times more on a project than industry pricing and the quality and results are not superior by any means if anything the results and service are inferior. They over promise and under deliver. They are more concerned with how much money they can make with each client then customer service and client satisfaction. Save yourself the hassle and disappointment and hire a different company
