Too bad there isn't a way to rate lower then a 1 star on here. The people who work at ventra are as useless as the machine itself. I didn't have any Washington's to purchase a one time pass so I had to put in a bill that was higher. The friggen machine didn't give me the option to purchase more than one pass.
Talked to one of the people at the station and he was rude and had a bad attitude, called the friggen number and the people were very unhelpful and unaccommodating. It seems like I'm not alone on this after reading other reviews online.
