Vent Care has previously done work in our home. his quote was $100.00 firm. When he arrived to do the work, I was not home and my wife was not aware of the quoted price. The work he had to do was exactly the same as the work he did previously. Nothing was different or more complicated. Because I was not home, he took advantage of my wife by charging her $152.00. When I learned of this I called him and explained that he took advantage of my wife. He gave all types of excuses and then hung up on me. I called my bank and they credited the $52.00 back to my account. Beware of this company because at least in my situation he raised the price merely because i was not home and he took advantage of my wife.
