In august I ordered 2 locations from vending business locators 777. I opted to pay in full because I didn't want to be hit having to pay a second half outside of my payday. 3 weeks later I expressed my concern that they were taking too long, they told me that they had some calls waiting for response and would be delivering locations next week. Another week went by, they delivered a location that was outside of the area that I requested them to search (I declined the location).
Another week went by and Otto (my contact) was with his wife who was in labor. at that time I agreed to wait one more week, CLEARLY indicating my intent to request a refund if not delivered, for now 3 locations (which Otto offered to make up for the poor experience)
That week came and went, at the end of the week I requested a refund. I was assured that he would put in the refund, I confirmed that the refund request was put in on Monday (the next business day) that week, and I was assured that the refund request had been submitted.
Waiting for refund from the company I then waited yet another week and contacted the company again, Otto indicated that the refund was refused and that they're still trying to work on the 3 locations promised. their answer to why they refused to refund is that they had too much work into finding the locations,
This is unacceptable. Currently it's been 2 full months, Halloween is tomorrow, and I have just put a request for refund in through Paypal using their 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Sometimes we just deal with unfortunate people. God is with us tho.
