This company solicted me to place an ad with them for my car ($450.00), and they would list it on their EBay store (supposedly the largest on e Bay). I sent them all the photos, description,etc.
They never even listed it. When I checked their "store" site periodically, it was never there. They called me to list another vehicle and I complained about the "non-listing"-they said they would call me back & never did.
When I called them and complained again-I requested a refund & told the guy I was going to file a complaint-he hung up on me. I paid for the ad with my Platinum VISA card. I called them & had it removed from my bill.
They are really fraudulent scam artists. I should have checked them out on line.
Tim Carnell, (if it is his real name) said he would keep our Rv listed onE Bay Auctions until it sold. It was listed on E bay for 1 week. Tim said he would send out a photographer to take pictures and confirm it was here. No one came to do that. It has not been listed on E bay since.
They are nothing but a Con Artist Company! When my husband calls the company, they say someone will call him back. No one calls them back. We have a dispute with the credit card company now I am sure we will hear back from them. We just want our money back but want to make others aware of these scammers!
High pressure sales and the idiot wanted to argue with me about his ratings. He actually started screaming and I hung up.

I sold my camper with this company and it only took about 15 days... I’m not sure about the other complaints on this website, I tried using “classy rv” aka “rvdaily” aka national vehicle marketing first and it did not sell. So it’s two different companies, do your research, lol!
They took our money and we got....nothing! Not even the numerous emails and phone calls they claimed to have made to us! They have a really smooth operation! Vehicle Selling Solutions does nothing! They claim to put your vehicle on eBay auction but they don't. they just took our money and fed us platitudes!
Well they changed their name again to Vehicle Selling Solutions. Just look at the addresses. Go to vehiclesellingsolutions.com the addresses are exactly the same.
Vehicle Selling Solutions has been ripping people off for years and has changed their name several times. Now they are obviously going by Vehicle Selling Solutions.
I've been ripped off by this company for $499.
It seems that when they acquire enough bad reviews online or hit a quota of ripping people off they change their name and start ripping people off all over again, this time under the name Vehicle Selling Solutions.
It's highly unlikely that one company went out of business or moved and the the exact same type of company moved into the same exact location. Highly suspicious at least. My advice is to stay away from Vehicle Selling Solutions

The BBB gives National Vehicle an A rating and Vehicle Selling Solutions a B+. So unless the BBB is in on this “scam” then there is absolutely no validity to your claims.
