I have been getting calls for 4 weeks about a Honda Civic 2009 that I have never owned. When I got the first call, I explained that I have never owned a Honda and to remove me from the call list. This has gone on for 4m weeks with calls mounting to 5 - 6 times per day. Finally, today I had enough. Asked to speak to supervisor....hung up on 4 times. Of course, after they hung up, a new agent was calling for my Honda Civic 2009. Called back and insisted that the agent stay on phone until a Supervisor answers line. She did, and wanted to interest me in the warranty on my current car. Oh my God..what didn't she understand. The supervisor got on the phone, was rude, tried to sell me a warranty for my new car, and stated that I didn't need his information for my records. he did provide me with Brandon S. # 8555. For being a Supervisor, he has no customer service skills or empathy for the consumer. If I was interested in their warranty, I could never ever consider it even if it was free.
