I have several accounts in VW, all of my accounts have been shut off from getting FREE GEMS. In other words if I want to play it is NO longer FREE to play. I have been banned 4 times and the reason I was banned....ADAM C told me it was because I wasn't a paying customer and he didn't owe me the time of day. You will need my account information please contact me. I want someone with authority to login to my accounts and try to get FREE GEMS. This is a predatory site with FALSE ADVERTISING of being FREE. Something needs to be done I have read all the complaints on sitejabber and all of these people have been complaining for years. HELP VW VICTIMS.
I have been trying to cancel my subscription for 6 days and received no response. I clicked on the cancel subscription button and received no email. I tried this a few times.
I have sent 4 messages and no response. I have tried to talk to them online when they are supposed to be online and it just goes back to the main screen. I have looked for a phone number can't find it.
On the help page it says it powered by Zendesk so I found that website and the gentlemen says I need to contact Vegas World.
I signed up for one month.Nothing worse than a company that takes money out of your account EVERY month,automatically , without your knowledge or consent. They are never online and do not answer the phone making it difficult to cancel.
Only the top players on the leaderboard can make $ here (that is if they are not Bots).Example: I have been trying to win a jackpot for 2 weeks which would total 6 billion coins. HOWEVER,the top winners for the month have 33 billion coins allready (do the math).
Bottom line: Stay away from here & save your money!
