DO NOT use Patti and Jessica Novak from Vegas Valley Introductions (VVI). I have been awarded a default judgement by Justice Court Las Vegas on 01/03/2019 against Patti and VVI and have documentation for anyone who wants to view. After keeping my end of the agreement to pay for matchmaking services I was dismissed (no return calls), ignored, blocked on Facebook and fraudulently accused of never being a client even when having a signed contract by Patti and myself and the service fee was deducted from my account in full. After many numerous attempts to contact Patti & VVI, Jessica always stated Patti was out of town and would be working on my matchmaking soon. It never happened and when I submitted a complaint to the BBB (case #90153630), Patti's responded only AFTER being served with a small claims case #18A001722, that I was never a client. I have texts/conversations from Patti in one instance stating clerical error and would refund me, then within minutes telling me to take her to court. I filed a small claims case and while looking up Patti and VVI, there was also another small claims cased filed against her and VVI. After two continuances requested by Patti/VVI she did not show up to the January 3, 2019 hearing and I was awarded a default judgement by Justice Court. She has been given notice of the default judgment and requesting payment in full prior to pursuing the matter and have not received payment from Patti / VVI.
Do your research as you will find many complaints in Las Vegas and NY where Patti originally came from. The business has been vacated when they were beign served a second notice per the Constavle's office June 2018.
This woman gives all of these promises about how she has such great matches for you but after paying her $1,500, I was left with 3 people who did not fit ANY of my criteria. She tried matching me with older, unattractive women.

July 20th 2016 I went for what I thought was a pre-screening for a dating service but rather what I got was scammed out of $1,495. I went for pre-screening with Vegas Valley Introductions and three hours later I was forced to make some type of payment for a pre-screening. Patti got rude and pushy with me once a form of payment was discussed. I agreed to a pre-screen payment of $20.00 but was taken advantage of for a remaining balance of $1,475. I was tricked into signing a bogus contract with terms such as "Clients membership is non transferable and in the event the client wishes to terminate his or her membership for any reason, no refund will be given". Those being just two of the many guidelines mentioned in her member contract. Who in their right mind would agree to terms like that! Patti uses her quick whit fast talking Oprah air time to swendel incident hard working individuals out of their hard earned money. Patti has compliants from clients from 2009 Stating how they were scammed and taken advantage off. Clients from the east coast have warned the west coast of her and I am here to warn you. Do not use Vegas Valley Introductions (Patti Novak) she is only interested in scamming innocent hardworking people out of their hard earned money.
