THIS BUSINESS BROKER IS A SCAM ARTIST!!!!! RUN AWAY FROM HIM. He asks you to send him an NDA and a Non-Circumvention by shopping false businesses. Then when you send it to him, he never sends you the business but uses your information for his own records or for whatever reason. He keeps it in his database? He shops you as a buyer to his other businesses. He does the classic bait and switch.
I offered to show him:
1) Proof of Funds
2) Walking him into my Bank to show him we had capacity of funds that were clean and clear
3) Trade References for a recent acquistition to Ved
A Normal Business Broker would have enjoyed the execution of a real buyer and the accomodation of said buyer. Not Ved! Because Ved doesn't have real listings. He is simply harvesting your information. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM!!!! BEWARE!
