The sales person never informed me that I was signing a three year contract. I am now two years into my obligation and they are attempting to charge me for a repair that never took place. The representative never showed up. I have tried to resolve this on numerous occasions, but they refuse to call me back. I would strongly suggest workign with a different alarm company that is more reputable.
Vector Security is a heartless organization that literally has caused severe mental anguish during an unprecedented global pandemic that is straight out of a horror movie. Due to Covid 19 my family has suffered great hardship and has attempted to keep up on bills as most are at this time of critical need. Vector Security has show TRUE RELENTLESS GREED in our greatest time of need. Our bills fell behind so the notices started then once the threats of shutting our home alarm and monitoring system down began they systematically began to set off each alarm in the home one by one day by day.
These are systems and devices that we paid a significant sum of money for back when life was "normal” now that we are having issues making ends meet they choose to "toy” with customers that can no longer afford to maintain the service so when myself my wife and my two young children under the age of three are awoken night after night to the sound of their alarms "conveniently malfunctioning " mind you they are two years old at most with a 10 year warranty they claim well we cannot fix this without a service call and we cannot conduct a service call unless the account is current. Unbelievable during this terrible and unfortunate time we are in that such company’s can carry on with such blatant disregard.
I’ve begged them to simply shut the system off, well guess what I’ll be billed for another 12 months and they won’t let the system go until I am that’s right current. Vector Security you are a terrible terrible organization and absolutely all of your customers should change to a service that has a heart and a brain ... others beware this company only cares about the good old American Dollar not the good old American.
