On the eve of the trip, they called and cancelled our trip due to bad weather. That was ridiculous since it was early in June and the weather could not be warmer and sunnier. We checked with the airline and the hotel and both let us know nothing as booked under our names.
We demanded a refund and it took them 60 days to issue 70% of our money back. They kept on promising us they would pay and have begged for extensions but as of his time, the refund is still incomplete.
