If you enjoy spending money for somethi you will never receive, then by all means, order with this company! I ordered on 4/13/16 and as of 5/18/16 I haven't received ether the item nor the refund to my credit card. They said that they have "filed a claim with USPS" to determine where my package supposedly is. I have spoken with USPS and they are stating that they never picked up a package. A label was created, but they never scanned, picked up, were handed, or received a package from this company addressed to me. When I informed Vaporizers "customer service" associate of this fact, I was informed that I would not have any resolution with their company until they had resolved their claim with USPS. Why should their customer have to wait for a third party resolution??? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. They haven't responded to my emails asking for status and demanding my refund since 5/5/16. The only communication since then has been a request for a review?! WOW.
