I purchased an electronic cigarette (IPV4s) from vaperoyalty.com in July of 2015 mainly because they were offering a longer warranty and somewhat of a better rate than their competition. They were offering a 1 yr warranty through a company called KMG imports in CA. The device was shipped on time looked good, felt good and vaped good for about 4 months and boom all of a sudden the device stopped working without being dropped or damaged by water.
I than contacted KMG Imports to return the IPV4s to get repaired under vaperoyalt.com's alleged "1yr warranty" and I was made aware from KMG Imports that this device was only covered for a 6month warranty. I than led them to vaperoyalty.com's website where it said "covered under 1 yr warranty by KMG Imports." The gentleman from KMG Imports told me that is wrong information and I would have to reach out to
vaperoyalty.com">www.vaperoyalty.com to resolve my issue. Well #1 they have no phone number on their website. Just an email forum where you can send them an email and someone gets back to you through only email. Well someone got back to me but its been over 2 weeks and they dont care to resolve this issue. Told me to send them a video showing that the device is not working which I did and they said we'll contact you once we find out if we can help.
Clearly, they false advertised and I am stuck with a defected $120 e cig i purchased from them. I took screenshots of the warranty before i let them know what KMG said about it only being a 6month warranty. Once I made them aware, they updated the info on their website to 6month warranty.
