When trying to get a better price on a vehicle, I was told by Robby Roehl, Sales Manager, in an e-mail that I needed to "compare apples to apples". He had no idea what vehicle I was comparing their's to. Also, he told me "...if this one is so well priced, why haven't you purchased it?". Is that how you treat a customer? I then sent an e-mail to Tim Goeckerman , General Manager, about how I was treated. I did not receive a response. I also sent a follow-up e-mail to Robby Roehl and to Zach Jaschob, Product Specialist. Neither replied. I then found out the vehicle was sold. I was not informed.
