Value Drivers China Venture Reviews
Another Upfront Fee Scam. This time disguised as a broker who says he can get foreign investors from China and Southeast Asia to fund commercial real estate projects in the US. Requires tens of thousands of dollars up front to cover his "expenses," aka his vacation in China Then claims to suffer multiple personal misfortunes during his trip to get your investment money. Food poisoning, car accidents, etc. are some of the many excuses used as to why he can't complete the funding. Says he's based in Arlington, TX, but the address used is a house under construction - not an office.
YOU WILL NEVER, EVER SEE FUNDING FROM SOMEONE WHO WANTS MONEY UPFRONT BEFORE THEY EVEN DO ANYTHING TO WORK ON YOUR FUNDING. NEVER. Almost all of them have jumped on the upfront fee bandwagon now, so it's almost impossible to find someone who will actually go through all of your project information first, then tell you whether or not it's a viable project to move forward with. They NEVER accept responsibility for the cost of doing business in their own industry. And the "all deposits are refundable" line always comes with a ton of footnotes, which basically say you'll never get your money back when they finally just stop returning your calls.
