Validity, Inc. Reviews
Nancy Teves is a vindictive and mean collection manager at Validity Inc located in Boston, Ma. she has collection experience but just because she has some, doesn't make her a good manager at all. Her MO is to hire people on a contract basis to do collections promising to give them full training but gives them 2 hour training only. After 2 hours, she leaves you to figure out the process for yourself.
After 2 days on the job, she starts screaming at new hires in unprofessional emails when things don't go "her way" and puts in bold face font that you need to tell her right away if you didn't follow her rules, which she forgot to tell you about because she severly lacks people and training skills. she keeps up the screaming and threatening new hire routine for another 12 days and then fires them at the 2 week mark blaming them for not following her rules and being insubordinate. She fired 3 new hires within 2 weeks in September 2020.
She sends out incredibly unprofessional emails about people she fired because they didn't follow her rules. anyone with any education and professional experience can tell right away she has no tact and no clue on how to write a professionally worded email without looking like a complete ignoramous.
She keeps an impossibly large excel file on the shared drive to track the progress of past due accounts. its so large it crashes a person's laptop. She sends 90% of delinquent accounts to collections, which is the sign of a bad collection manager because it shows their ability to resolve past due accounts is null and void.
She treats people like they are a bunch of 5 year olds as seen in the 70s show, Romper Room. She comes off as a 2 faced, bipolar psycho who doesn't know what she wants and goes thru people like a vampire on a feeding frenzy. this is one reason why staffing agencies stop working with companies like Validity.
