This company has sent me a letter in the mail via a collection agency called collect pros. They have stated that I owe the company Valere Skin $98.71 for a product I never even recieved. There is no customer service number, no email, no form of contacting the company in any way whatsoever. The collection agency states you are able to dispute the charge but when you enter your Ref. number it states all the information is accurate, (which they didn't ask to verify) and ask for payment. I have gone on their facebook website where you can see many other customers are having the same complaints with this company. They should be shut down. I am sure there are many people who fall for their scam and have money taken from them and their credit damaged because of these theives.

Here are the numbers to cancel your account you have to call both the regentify and the Valerie asses....8882461287 and 8886369023 they will tell you that it is an AUTO SHIP PROGRAM once they have your credit card they just go ahead and ship wether you said to or not...WTF??? I did NOT read any of that when I asked for the trial size they are disgusting!!!!
They won't refund your money unless you send their filthy product back or get this they will give it to you at a reduced price! Scumbags! This is fraud at its best, you have NO recourse because of their filthy terms they so blindly put there for you so you would not see it...what filth, this crap has got to stop, these filthy corporations are killing us and we let them! I have been billed for 2 months and never received the product. I cant reach costumer service to cancel the subscription that I was not aware off. I wasa billed for two months to the anount of $94 for a product that I am not aware off that I ordered.
I was billed by Valere skon therapy for tw0 months to the total amount of almost $200 for products that was not delivered to me and I am unaware of the purchase
This "trial" order is a big SCAM. The first clue I had that this was not a quality product was the packaging. It burned my skin at first application. Before I could even try to cancel, my credit card was charged $98.71 twice. I eventually had to cancel my card to prevent further charges.
TO GOOGLE: You only have positive reviews on the first two pages which are obviously posted there by the scammers. Why can't you post the reviews that expose this scam???
I ordered "Anti-Aging serum" from Valere skin Care on 2/24/16. Received it on February 29th and called to cancel it. The policy stated to cancel it within 10 + 4 days shipping to stop further shipments and full charge of 98.71. On March 10, 2016, my credit card was billed for the 98.71. I sent an email on March 13 when I discovered the charge stating I had called to cancel the subscription, didn't want the product, and to refund the charges. I received a response to call 1-888-636-9023 for further assistance. I again sent an email stating I had called and received nothing in writing from them regarding the cancellation or the purchase (no receipt when I ordered) and I just wanted to cancel, have my money refunded, and they could keep their product. I received another response stating I needed to call the number. Called the number again on March 25th, spoke to several rude customer service reps, re-explaining the situation multiple times.
They refused to refund the money but did over a discount on what was already billed and future shipments. I notified my credit card company and they are checking into it. This company needs to be stopped. If you can receive a response to a customer support email then that should have been enough to cancel it and refund the bogus charges. The product packaging is questionable as well. There is no weight listed for the product, no receipt, and I have yet to open it and use it but am stuck paying over $100 for what appears to be about 1.5 oz. at best of a product.
