Most recently I transfered to the veteran's hospitals in: Loma Linda and Redlands California. How some American veteran's pay ? Is through co payments. Some are 100 percent service connected. So tax payers are paying the employees of both facilities. I served fourteen years. I went to two campains . Opertion Desert Shield and Africa. I was honorably discharged.
The unjustfied treatment is as follows: I supposedly only have a nurse practioner. She is not a real doctor. She will only speak with me once a year. Next: My issue is : Unproffessional behavior by a position perhaps reffered to as : Vital sign technician. On one occassion I suffered three months with a leg rash. It appeared serious to me. Because I am a diabetic. I wanted to see my primary care doctor.
I was refused. The ( Vital sign technician then gave me a refferal). This is not even his place. Next: He insisted: To give me what is called: A poditrist. I informed him, I needed a doctor in dermatology. I cancelled the appointment with the poditrist . Then went to see the patient advocate office. Because of this intervention. I was finally able to see the doctors of dermatology. They provided certain creams to at last help my leg skin issue.
Next: I informed the patient advocate office I did not want to be checked in any more by the male white adult that insisted on a poditrist. So then I was required to see a different : Vital Signs Technician. He conducted the vital signs. When I turned my back he slaped my back he then slapped my back. He was writen up with the : Patient Advocate Office. I wrote him up for : Assault. California Penal Code: 240. Now the new unproffesional incident. I went to my scheduled appointment .
On October 26, 2017. This is a Thursday. The incident occured between : 1:30 P.M. and 2:00 P.M. After meeting with my doctor in pharmacy. She walked me to scheduling. So I could obtain a schedule for my up coming appointments. As I was standing in line , a employee of the veteran hospital stood behind me then to my right. He used his right hand and swayed it left and right then it appeared he pinched his nose to give the imprssison that I smelled.
Then his co worker and friend sitting down found this disrespect and hazing to be hysterically very funny. The female African American adult said nothing and pretended not to see anything. The female Hispanic adult said and nothing. She turned a blind eye. The hazing and harassment might be what is called: Retaliation for making a complaint. California Labor Code: 6310. As we know and are aware: No employee is required to say and do anything unsafe or ilegal. California Labor Code: 6310.

The question is : When this elderly male Hispanic adult stood directly behind the American veteran pinching his nose and using his right hand to sway it left and right it is obvious his actions of negligence were directed toward the American veteran waiting to obtain a schedule. Not once but at least three to four times the male Hispanic adult with green pants and a green shirt continued this , hazing and harassment.
His last form of direct hazing is while looking at his co worker the male Asian adult . The male Hispanic adult then put on a mask. As he walked to the outer lobby. As we know employes will stick together. Similar to what is called a accomplice. California Penal Code: 31. Thank God , we have a U.S. President that does recognize many employees of the veteran hospital are just empty suites taking up space. Such as in, Arizona.
Now hopefully a internal investigation can be done here at this hospital. The human resource office might just be hiring friends and relatives.
