V Santa Monica Cosmetics Reviews

I went to the Promenade to go to the Apple store to ask the a question. As I was on my way home a lady outside your store handed me a free sample. I took it and started to keep walking. She said “wait you have dark circles under your eyes and I can x that.”

She sat me in a chair at the front by the door and put some stu under my eye. She showed me the price on the internet of $400.00 and said today we are selling it for half price of 200.00 since it was Black Friday. I thought it was still steep for me but I never buy anything for my face so I said OK.

She took my credit card and D.L. to the back to charge me. She came back and handed me a card that said I was eligible to recieve complimentay treatments worth $600.00. She told me to ll it out and pick a time for a free mini facial. I took the card and said OK.

She said ”you have to ll it out now.” I said I don’t know when I can come back. I never have any time and I don’t know when I could do it. She said “maybe we could do it now, let me go see.” She came back and said “you’re in luck we can do it now.” Reluctantly I said OK. I’m not really into all this stu . I never even wash my face at night. I’ve only had two facials my whole life. She took me to the back. The lady in the back, Karina, handed me

a small cup and said“ before we get started drink this you look dehydrated.” I’m sure something was in that drink to make me drowsy, since only a few minutes after we started, everything was getting kind of hazy. She started putting stu on my forehead and I said “it’s hot.”

She said “you are only the 2nd person I’ve ever done that says it’s hot before I make it hot. You are perfect for facials.” Everything from this point on started to get blurry. She was telling me she is wanted around the world. She just kept talking and talking about how she could make me look 20 years younger.

She asked me if I was claustrophobic and I said “No.” She said “good I’m going to put this mask on your face.” I had my eyes closed and was in a dazed state. I heard a rip and then she put the mask on my face. I didn’t see the mask before she put it on. She opened the eye area and nose area so I could breathe. She told me she could make me a VIP card so I could get facials at a discount for 2 years.

I really couldn’t see what she was doing. She said “I’ll take your picture and make a VIP card.” She was going in and out of the room many times. At one point she said your credit card was declined. I said “oh”. I didn’t really care that it was declined because I wasn’t buying anything. She asked me if I had another card and I said no even though I did.

I didn’t know what was going on but I thought thank God for Bank of America declining my card. For what I don’t know because I wasn’t buying anything. I asked her what she was putting on my card and she said “I’m going to give you a discount on facials.” I said I don’t want any facials, I can’t even ored one. In the meantime I guess she put items in my bag and a Forced Sales receipt for $7938.00 that I never saw until I got home.

I left with my bag that I thought just contained my eye items. I was in a daze and as I was walking down the promanade I didn’t see anything around me. I said to myself “what just happened in that store, I feel like I’ve just been drugged.” I barely remember getting home. As I got home whatever she gave me was wearing o a little.

I looked in my bag and saw some other items that I didn’t know she put there. I was looking for the VIP card that she said she was making to give me. There was no VIP card in my bag. Then I saw the reciept for the Visa Forced Sale for $7983.00 and was in shock.

I immediately looked on my computer at my credit card account. There were 4 transactions that were declined. A $10,000.00, $8,000.00, $5,000.0 and $3,000.00. This is FRAUD. The Visa Forced Sale was not on the card yet.

I called B of A to report the Visa Forced Sale. She said she was going to close the account and it shouldn’t show up because the account had been put on hold for Fraud alert. She ended up opening a new credit card but two days later the Forced Visa Sale showed up on the new card #.

This scam is killing me. I need to get this reversed and o my account. There are 6 items on this Forced Sales reciept and only four items in my bag so it doesn’t even add up right. I never knowingly bought these items.

This has ruined my Thanksgiving weekend and is on the verge of ruining the whole Christmas season for me. When I later saw on the internet what your place sells, I thought this is a place for only movie stars and really rich people. Not honest hard working people who don’t make much money. I didn’t want any of this stuff and didn’t have any idea what the items were and never bought these items.

No one told me they were charging me $7983.00 to my card for any items. I decided not to buy the laptop at Apple for 1400.00 because I thought I really could not a ord it. Why would I buy all this stu I didn’t even know what it was.

I was told I was getting a complimentary mini facial. I wanted to sell the item on ebay but they reported me as fraud. It was sold to be by fraud. I just wanted my $ back. I did not get the apple coputer that was $1,100.00 because I thought I really should not spend money I don't have. Why in hell would I spent $8,000.00 on facial products when I never even wash my face every day.
