This company has been charging me a flat rate for electtricity in my apartment community. I never agreed to use them for my utility company nor did I agree to a flat rate. I am a single renter with only one person (myself) in my unit. Somehow every month I am charged 54.41. They have never included a meter breakdown or explained such a high bill. Somehow the same company that does trash, also charges for water, sewage. Storm drainage and pest control. That seems off to me. At the bottom of my bill it says it's not from the city. The bill is from utility smart & the bill is auto generated. I AM POSITIVE I am being overcharged.
