I live in Costa Rica and have been a subscriber to USTVNOW since 10/29/2013. We have had various problems with the service, but customer service has been prompt in resolving the problems and good with follow-up.
HOWEVER, this year they dropped CNN without notice. They responded by saying they replaced it with MSNBC which was more popular. Ok- I agree. But this December (2017) they have now dropped MSNBC and NBC- again with no notice or explanation. They boast their service is to provide US TV service to people living outside the United States. I am furious that some faceless person or persons feels they have the right to censor what their viewers choose to watch. And I can't help but think that the current administration and their supporters are beginning to curtail what news gets disseminated. I have notified them that I would be willing to pay extra for the lineup of my choosing, but that is not an option.
After 3 days with no apology or explanation from customer service (REALLY? Customer Service?), I have now dropped USTVNOW and am getting my US television via other sources. USTVNOW cannot advertise that they offer US TV unless they offer a wide range of viewing choices.
I purchased a subscription at 19.99 for 3 months and then 29.99 after that. My renewal date is clear and yet an hour after my purchase I get a notification stating that my subscription expired and that I need to either switch to the free account or buy another subscription! Of course this happens on a Friday night and they don't open until Monday so there's nothing I can do for 3 days! I'm so angry! My account details clearly show my purchase date and plan, yet still says my subscription expired! How could it have expired an hour after my purchase???!!!
We at www.willspy.com were asked by over 300 people to investigate this TV web site. We found that they dont return money after clients paid them. They have very bad tech support. They are running bad code on there web site that can cause computers to crash.

They tell us that we get over 20 channels but we only get 3-4 and they give no service, they tell us to get off chrome and use a different one.
