It started off with customer service telling me that there was a password on my account and must give them the password for them to tell me anything about my account. I clearly didn't understand how a password was on my account so I had let them know that I never put any password. So they would tell me in order to remove the password I must fax a handwritten letter telling them to remove the password and a copy of my I.D., in the meantime I was able to request for a replacement card on there app.
Mind you I requested a replacement card beginning of July 2021. So while I would wait for my replacement I would call there 1800 number trying to speak with a manager to get an understanding why a password was on my account because I never put one. But I would always be told I need to give password for them to speak with me. A couple months go by which now is September. In the meantime $918 have been added up on my card that I never received. So now I have 2 issues iam telling them I never received my replacement card or did I put a password.
So as I see they will not talk unless I give password or fax my information so in October I decided to finally fax over my information to remove this password. So as I attempt to call and tell them I fax over what they need to remove this password all to be told my account have been deactivated. So when I try to now be frustrated I ask how can I get my funds that are on a debt card I never received the replacement which still is $918 they tell me I need to get ahold of the program which sent the money. So I call unemployment to report this which they tell me after the funds are sent to reliacard it is out of there hands and need to speak with reliacard about it which I can ask them to send the funds back or send my replacement card which the funds are still on.
But that does me no good because reliacard is telling me since my account is not active and have no active account they can't talk to me about anything. But my $918 is still on the debt card that I never received. When I call there 1800 number and put in my last 4 social numbers it's still say the amount that is still on a debit card they never sent that I never gotten. It's been almost 5 months of me calling reliacard trying to get my money that they feel they can hold on to and control it. They have put me in debt and has brought so much stress these past months that I really don't know what to do or call to get my money that is on there debt card that I never received!
Can someone please reach out and help me gain access to my money that is being seem like it's trying to be stolen. And the password they kept asking for was my pin to the debt card. Because it's seems as that is why I never received the replacement card that I ordered.
