On Dec 9,2015 I ordered a NFL jersey for my wife. I thought was enough time to get it by christmas right? I did paid and I was charge $22.00 for shipping. After 2 weeks I didn't had a tracking number so I did emailed them and nothing. Another week goes by and they answered and told me that they were sorry but they didn't have my merchandise in stock. They asked me to pick another jersey and I did. Finally on January 8, 2016 I received the jersey. I was sent a XXL size for children!!!
I emailed them explaining the situation they replied asking for photos of the merchandise and I did. Now these people have the audacity to ask me to keep it! because shipping is too expensive for them to exchange it for the correct size.
I am so sorry for the inconvenience, but you can check, our jersey have a good quality , can you kindly keep it ,

I understand it's good quality but it's the wrong size. I have no child to use it. There is nothing I can do with it. So the answer is no, I do not wish to keep it. I am trying to keep my composure but I am very unhappy with this situation so I will appreciate it if you fix it ASAP.
