Company ripped me off with free trial

Company ripped me off with free trial. I didn't even use the software after I tried it once for an hour and saw that it kind of sucked. They have sent me to some German Collection agency because I wasn't interested in paying for something that I didn't use and have no interest in, because it sucked. I contacted them by email immediately upon receiving the invoice for the trial I thought was canceled, to cancel the trial again, but they refused to cancel it and want me to pay anyways. To pay for absolutely nothing. If this is how they treat their customers, nobody I know ever wants to be one. Will be passing my recommendation on to all those who come to me for my IT knowledge.

The company keeps replying to this saying that even though I did NOT use it, they still want their money. Money for nothing. So a rip off. They have not collected money, I am not asking for a refund for something I bought. They are demanding that I pay for something that I NEVER USED. It cost them $0.0 but they demand over $100 for nothing. What a scam!

Do not give them any of your money. There are many free usenet services, and there are much better places to go for your needs. Just do some searching online and asking around and you'll find a much better solution. They might have been a great option a decade ago or more. I actually used their service many years ago and it was fine. I even happily paid them some money to upgrade my free service back in the day. NEVER AGAIN.

I urge you, if you are reading this, share this information and save everyone you know from getting ripped off by this German Scam artist.

I received a letter today from Aviteo Ltd., Which is company that I've never heard of contacted me to inform me that they have an unpaid contract balance for a membership that I never received for 106 EUR.

I am very disappointed in the customer service of this site I have called them and they can never be reached by phone but they some how got my contact information through hackers who signed me up through and for their service without my permission! I tried contacting them and telling them as soon as the email came to me that someone had signed me up for the service and they did not respond until the trial period ran out and they tried to use my credit card and other data which the credit card company warned me of they first ran $1.00 to see if card was valid which was a red flag and I closed the card and now continue to bill me for if I don't pay and will report me to credit bureau! A complete scam!!

False identity, false billing and no way to contact for disuse of services because no one ever replies back or answer call. Some how they got my credit card info and I was alerted charge removed and now they sending me a bill.

I signed up for the free trial with UseNeXT and I swear that I cancelled within the grace period. Although I am unable to find a confirmation email of this.

When the charge of $104.35 went through on my account, I immediately called UseNeXT and requested that my account be cancelled and that my funds be returned to me as I would not be using the service.

I was told that my request would be forwarded to their charging department to determine if I were eligible for a refund.

I promptly received a form letter stating that they were not willing to return my funds.

I don't dispute their TOS or their services offered, but I do dispute the fact that they refuse to return my funds when I clearly do not want the service.

I have filed an investigation with my bank in order to get these funds back and I am still waiting a response from them.

I have also started a campaign calling this shady company on a daily basis and requesting that my funds be returned.

First of all fees are in GERMAN, this is the US.

Second, seems to be common practice for them take funds from users who have cancelled before trial period ended. I received no response to my emails until I filed a PAYPAL dispute, then all of a sudden they started responding telling me I didn't cancel.

Obviously they can see I DID NOT even use service for the trial period.

They are pathetic and the US FCC needs to be them and fine them if they even attemp to offer services to an US Resident.

I Signed up for a 14 day free trial of usenext in Saturday october 1st 2016

they stated no charges would be filed until after my 14 day free trial was over but after 2 hours of terrible service i decided i didnt need 14 days. it was frankly horrible

so i sent them an email to cancel. i received no response, i sent a support ticket that same night to usenext support and no response, i even faxed them a cancellation letter twice, also no response.

the next day was sunday october 2nd 2016, i called their direct telephone number, but lo and behold it is an Automated system which no matter which option you choose, disconnects you saying all operators are busy at the present time. I tried 7 times yesterday and 5 today between 8am-6pm Central European time, which is their local tome zone. every single time i got the same Automated answer and hang up.

then I sent another 10 emails to both email addresses I could find online, [email protected] and [email protected] and despite all efforts didnt receive even one reply. not even an auto-reply

finally i contacted my bank which issued my credit card, and fould out that usenext had already charged my credit card..... despite saying they would not until after the 14 day free trial. understand I only signed up 2 days ago. I still am only on day 3 of the trial, and they have already charged my account.....

14 day free trial ot is not. they definitely are a scam and do everything possible that they can to not let you cancel. they actively hinder you from cancelling by obstructing you from contacting them.

I sent 2 faxes, both went through and were acknowledged as received, BUT by whom. i didnt receive a response of any kind

I sent 24 emails to 2 different emails that are supposedly for usenext, each went through without issue, no indication from my email server that there was any issue with delivery. but again without response, how do I prove they received them?

everything they do is clouded in deceit. everything they do is designed so they can claim no responsibility.

they are the Ultimate ripoff

I was never actually charged a second time because I canceled my PayPal auto payments, because i could find no info on how to cancel on their website. I thought all was well and then I got an email stating i owe this company..

The outstanding total claim is specified as follows:

Now just about every month i get an email with a new outstanding amount that is substantially higher than the first amount that they are saying im obligated to pay.. Since when are you obligated to pay for a prepaid service that you are only able to use AFTER you make a successful payment? I never even used the trial I have made every attempt to make peace with these people and come to an agreement but it seems like they just want to scam any and everybody out of their money. I have added some emails they sent me along with some insertions as to where they themselves say in so many words that their service is prepaid.

I will now be contacting the internet fraud center to see what they say about all of this.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS OF ANY KIND WITH THIS COMAPNY.

I signed up for a free trial of their services through a game (which I have done before and since with other comapnies and never had an issue cancelling) but this companies cancellation policy makes it very easy to think you have cancelled when you actually haven't and then they go to work collecting money from you that they haven't earned or deserve.

These people are scum and deserve severe punishment for their unethical and dispicable behavior.

UseNeXT customer number 9791352

In the beginning of October 2015 I signed up to UseNeXT and cancelled my subscription prior to the 14 day free trial ended. I heard nothing and then €95.35 EUR was taken directly out of my Paypal account.

I lodged a claim with Paypal and explained the above, Paypal refunded my money.

Then UseNeXT again took that amount out of my Paypal account! I had to file another claim! I explained everything again and Paypal refunded me. NOW UseNeXT sent me a warning email and a postal letter stating I owe them €106.35 EUR. I have contacted them with the above information, and they are still demanding this money I do not owe them!

Now today another letter was received and stating I owe €176.55 EUR.

I am very stressed out about this and do not know what to do
