My story is long... so please be patient... on 2 September 2017... my husband passed away from two types of stage four cancer... we had been together for thirty-three years... three days later our eleven years old pit/boxer passed away.... I was so far gone that I am still not all there.... I was living in an extremely small town with no support... in the months that followed my sister in law stepped up to be a good friend and help me out.... in the months that followed... my social security disability was caught up to were it should be... but I know I made the perfect victim... starting the month of my full back pay and increased monthly payments... my account began to be drained slowly at first then at larger and larger amounts.... most months averaged $2000 or more... in June usdirectexpress made the decision to place my account on hold b/c they suspended fraud.... when my account continued to be drained slowly... I began to fight to gain access to my account... usdirectexpress refused to acknowledge any wrong doing on their part... it finally took Lowe's delivering a $400 lawnmower to me to get usdirectexpress to take me seriously... I also lost $3000 in four days why is this "bank"allowed to take us for a ride that will not end well for us the victims... why was my account not looked at when I would loose $800+ in ATM withdraws... then that much or more at Walmart wish me luck dealing on my own with that giant company thank you for the vent
