I bought a tripod from an instagram ad. What arrived wasn’t what was advertised, a cheap tripod not worth anything near what I paid. I complained, received a quick reply and supplied order info. Promise was to check with warehouse but since then nothing. I have emailed twice since to follow up but got nothing. Very disappointing and instagram should remove these ads that still are running. Lesson is before you buy anything check sites like this.
USAtobo is a fraudulent company scamming with false advertising product. What we received is not as advertised and customer service was sent pictures prior to the purchase to make sure that it was indeed what we wanted and what we ordered and yet we receive something completely different. They will not stand up for their part of what they shipped for return and blame a customer at our expense to ship back overseash which will be more than the product is worth wasting more time and money for their false advertising scam. The product took a long time to be received and missed dates that we planned and then got a product that was not even close to the ads running. Stay away be warned they are doing Facebook and social media advertising praying on false advertising sales.
They do not stand behind their product or even take responsibility. We the customer who clearly got and item that was not as advertised with proof.
I am jealous when I see other reviewers who received something as I ordered a tripod 2 months ago and I still get fake tracking numbers from their support. I am going to see if my bank can refund me over this scam.

I to stupidly got sucked in by their Instagram advert, plus, i paid an additional charge for express delivery, order was placed on the 2nd January 2020 and i received email confirmation, on the 4th January another email advising me the tripod had been despatched, however, still nothing received, when i chased up mid January why the item still hadn't been received i received a reply from someone called Camilia King asking me to be patient!!! since then, no response to my emails.
Anyway, still nothing has been received and i have contacted my bank to investigate and refund me as this is obviously a scam.
Ok, buyers beware!! This is an absolute scam!!! The product I received was in no way remotely close to what is depicted in this ad. After over a month waiting I received a small cheap aluminum and plastic 10 to 15 dollar tripod that you could probably pick up at your local dollar store. This thing is terrible. Don’t expect the nice ball head or the so called sturdiness displayed in the ad. I wouldn’t trust the garbage they sent me to support my iPhone let alone any camera with some weight. So if you are on the fence about buying this from this company, beware. I have already taken the loss for you!! Hope this helps someone!
