I purchased painting from usaoncanvas.com and paid $255 and expecting that is free shipping as stated on their website free shipping for order over $99 but upon checking on my account they charge me additional $19 for the shipping free and the promo code 30AUG17 is not working
Also, the painting is not 100% handmade oil painting it’s a Print! So, I contacted the support and told about this but they are not even answering my phone call and email. Very bad experience be aware!
