I flew from cleveland ohio to clearwater fl to buy a commercial vehcle from usa helicopter inc. when i got there, i inspected the vehicle the best a could before i bought it. the sales guy and owner mike had the title that was not in his name but had a bill of sale. (which set off red flags in my head). i guess in florida this is a legal practice. when i headed out to put the title in my name, the vehicle overheated so i had to put it in the shop. 3 days later, i tried again to put the vehicle in my name, but found out the title had a lien on it. noone could figure out how to get ahold of the person who had the lien out the title and i already spent 5 days trying to get it right. finally i told mike from usa helicopter that i couldnt wast any more time and reqested a refund which he said yes but he was out of town till the follow week. i left to cleveland with no vehicle and when the time came to refund, he decided to tell me its a done deal and was not going thru with the refund. now i have to file a small claimes to get either my vehicle or my money.
