I filled out a survey on the internet about free products that I may receive. It asked if I would be interested about dental insurance. The survey asked about my age and if I was on medicare. I received a call a few minutes later. They identified themselves as a dental insurance company. This lady began to read me info about their company after she asked me questions about myself. She asked for my credit card and said it would not be charged unless I agreed to buy the insurance. She read me several pages of info. and I told her I wasn't interested. She transferred me to a man that tried to talk me in to buying their plan. I told them not to charge my card and hung up. I checked with my bank and they had charged me $109.95.
This so called company is a fraud. They charged me 70.00 for start up fee, then 27.95 per month for the fee. I never received an email, start up kit, nothing about providers who were associated with this club. When I contacted the so called company about not receiving any info., they said that my info. had been entered wrong, regarding my p o box, city. I did not see how they could have done this by mistake as I would never have agreed via a confirmation call regarding my original info.. I have been put off, promised that this would all be corrected, and would receive everything by Sept. 2, 2015. Of course this did not happen. They agreed to take off the 27.95 for July. Lo and behold, I see that they took off the 27.95 from my credit card in August and now it is September. I called the company today, asked to speak with a supervisor, and got someone who was like a robot, reading from a script, asking if she could do anything further to help me. She refused to transfer me to any one else higher up with more authority. Finally, she hung up on me. I am furious that I am a victim of such a low life, scamming group of non-humans, who should be living in caves.
I appreciate these reviews as we were treated the same way. We are now going to have our attorney handle this as we were prepared to cancel before the 3 day cancellation policy in most of the country, definitely here in NY. Very disappointed I believed what they said until I read these reviews and spoke to others. I
am a 73 year old senior and I was looking for something affordable, I am not usually one that talks to "used car dealers" which is what this man sounded like. I really misread but had a feeling, I was babysitting so I had to wait until I got home I was horrified when I read these reviews.

What they actually do is, go through the Dental MPN , which are contracted with " these certain Insurance Companies like Blue cross, Blue Shield, Aetna
Cigna, Humana.....Etc....., Knowing that since they are contracted with these major Dental Insurance Companies they have to accept FEE Schedule. So they do nothing for you. USA DENTAL CLUB doesn't save you anything!!! FEE SCHEDULE DOES
I was called about signing up with US Dental Club. I asked about monthly payments, choice of dentists, and copayment amounts. It confused the caller and she let her supervisor talk to me. This club is not a dental insurance group. My husband and I have an agreement to never give acct numbers over the phone. Thankfully the supervisor was respectful to not insist on breaking my honor agreement to my husband.
