As stated in the letter that I sent, you have been hired and our company is waiting to see your criminal background report..you need to take care of that to complete the hiring process. We as the employer stand firm on our request for a global criminal background report,no exceptions will be made.We are not interested in reports done by other agencies, including the government.

B.) Our company(USA AND GLOBAL EMPLOYMENT) is a employer that hires and manages employees under contract with a corporate client,we will be your employer through the hiring process,deployment process and will be managing you in Buenos, Argentina in essence you will be working for our company.

Please understand that our company needs construction tradesmen now,we as the employer have to fill job vacancies as

fast as possible and we can not risk losing our contract with the corporate client.I hope that you understand.(4Day Rule)The job offer is time sensitive,in all cases we can allow 4 days to complete the hiring process before the job offer voids out. United States security credentials are not honored in foreign countries,our employer client is in Buenos Aires,Agentina Salary = $182,000 USD per year paid monthly by auto deposit to your bank. Housing = one bedroom apt.is provided by our company for the employee only. Orientation is held in Buenos,Argentina at our management headquarters .Training in company policies is conducted at orientation.

Employment contracts, health insurance,uniforms,banking forms and work scheduling are taken care of at orientation. Airfare is provided by our company.

A.) Position = Construction Tradesman(construction trades duties duties) transportation to and from the construction sites is furnished by our company.

B.) The employer ID codes are coded for a reason,the corporate client has a standard privacy agreement with our company,when you have completed the background report and it comes out clear our firm will contact you.You will be working as a construction tradesman for our client a Argentinean locally owned diamond mining company in Buenos Aires,Argentina .

C.) The term of your employment is 368 days, you will work 40 hours a week, you can request overtime.When you complete your 368 day contract our company will pay your airfare to your country of origin. Then you can go on vacation for as long as you wish.
