They lie on their website. They are not 20 years or more old. They are 9 months old as of 01-10-22. April they will be a year old.
They lie over the phone. They told me they have 50 years of combined experience among their employees. Total lie.
They tell you everything you want to hear. They said they would pickup on my ideal day and deliver on my ideal day. Total lie.
Then they fail you completely. They over promise and under deliver on a daily basis. Scammmers! Young kid jerks. Zero customer service. When you complain they block your phone number.
They have no idea what companies (truckers) are good and what companies are bad. They don't even check the truck drivers insurance. Total Jerks.
Another broker (who eventually helped me after my nightmare with US Star Trucking told e they pull scams on the carriers and the customers and then they change their name every so often when the negative reviews pile up.
This says it all. As a former employee - they demanded that I lie to customers! Fraud - Scam Company - Avoid Them. You've been warned. Harry Johnson is the owner. A fake name. His motto "suck my hairy johnson". This guy is not Godly, professional, trust worthy, ethical - not at all.
Just steer clear of him. His BBB Rating is already dropping and he hasn't even been in business for a year! He'll change the company name again soon - I know it. Total scammer.
These idiot unprofessional 20 something year old African American owned business, posted my load on the national dispatch board without any authorization on my part. The broker I hired told me they were posting my load and this would cause tremendous delay because carriers hesitate before accepting a load that is already posted by another company. They think "why should I take a chance on that order"... and they choose another car where fraud is not being committed on the dispatch system.
US Star Trucking LLC commits fraud when they post a load because they received a request for a quote. They don't even talk to the customer. They hope they can call the customer with a trucker willing to accept the order despite the fraud. Only F Rated carriers take this chance because the better carriers would never work under these conditions.
IF YOU GET CALLED BY ANY COMPANY THAT YOU HAVE NEVER AUTHORIZED AND THEY TELL YOU THEY HAVE A TRUCK....... IT'S A SCAM. Truckers never advertise, they don't email quotes.

It is a clear violation of CentralDispatch.com terms and conditions. If they are willing to break the terms and conditions of the national dispatch system, what other rules would they break?
